【雅思實用句型 #6】”The more..., the more...” 讓文章節奏感和邏輯感瞬間提升

中文有一個很常見的句式：「越努力，越有收穫」、「越了解一個文化，越愛那個地方」。
這種「越...越...」的邏輯，在英文裡有一個完美對應的句型，而且它在雅思評分裡的效果非常好。
這週的句型不只讓你的文章有邏輯，還讓它有節奏感和氣勢。
本週句型：The + comparative, the + comparative（平行比較遞進句型）
為什麼雅思考官喜歡這個句型？
這個句型做了兩件事：
建立了清晰的因果關係（展示邏輯推理）
創造了對稱的句子節奏（展示語言掌握）
兩者加在一起，就是評分標準裡 Coherence & Cohesion 和 Grammatical Range 都同時加分的神句。
📐 句型結構解析
核心結構：
The + [比較級形容詞/副詞] + [主詞 + 動詞], the + [比較級形容詞/副詞] + [主詞 + 動詞]
✅ The more students read widely, the better their vocabulary becomes.
注意兩個關鍵點：
兩個子句都要以 “The + 比較級” 開頭
後半句的動詞可以省略（如果和前半句重複）：
The harder you work, the better (the results).

1. Task 2 — 討論教育
The more children are encouraged to read from an early age, the stronger their critical thinking skills tend to become.
越鼓勵孩子從小閱讀，他們的批判性思維能力往往就越強。
2. Task 2 — 討論全球化
The more connected the world becomes through technology, the more important it is to understand different cultures and languages.
世界透過科技連結得越緊密，了解不同文化和語言就越重要。
3. Task 2 — 討論城市化
The faster cities expand without proper planning, the more serious the resulting infrastructure and environmental challenges become.
城市在沒有適當規劃的情況下擴張得越快，由此產生的基礎設施和環境挑戰就越嚴峻。
4. 口說 Part 3 — 討論學習語言
I genuinely believe that the more time you spend immersed in a language, the more naturally it starts to feel — almost like thinking in that language.
我真的相信，你沉浸在一門語言中的時間越多，它開始感覺就越自然——幾乎像是用那門語言在思考一樣。
5. 口說 Part 2 — 描述旅遊改變觀念
The more places I visited, the more I realised how much I had to learn about the world — and about myself.
我去過的地方越多，我越意識到我還有多少關於這個世界——以及關於我自己——需要學習。
寫作怎麼用？
用法一：開場段的論點陳述
The more governments invest in renewable energy, the less dependent nations will become on fossil fuels.
用法二：結語段的有力收尾
Ultimately, the more seriously individuals take their environmental responsibilities, the greater the collective impact on global sustainability.
這個句型放在段落的最後一句，有一種乾淨利落、話說完整的力道。
口說怎麼用？
在 Part 3 回答完主要觀點後，用這個句型做結論：
“So I think the bottom line is: the more exposure young people have to different cultures, the more open-minded and adaptable they’ll be in the future.”
它讓你的答案有一個清楚的邏輯終點，而不是在空中飄著。

用 “The more..., the more/less/better/easier...” 完成以下句子：
